Antique Rose” is a beautiful caramel coloured rose with a rose coloured centre.  It is reminiscent of a romantic period.  The swirl of colour in emphasised by the brush strokes that also swirl around the centre of the rose drawing closer to the centre of the painting making it the vocal point.  The warm colours also add to the feeling of softness and comfort .
