French Lace

“French Lace” is a soft romantic artwork that draws on the many delicate soft colours of Spring. Painting in the Abstract style allows Cheryl to take the subtle colours found within the folds of the petals of a white rose and emphasise these colours that are in fact reflections of the surroundings.  This in turn along with soft and flowing brush stokes for a delicate painting that tugs at the heart strings. This is part of a series of paintings utilising the dark background for added effect
